Coca-Cola LATAM

Challenge 

 
The current offices for Coca Cola were built for more than 7 years ago by a local GC partner.

Since the operation in Costa Rica was moved to Bogota, it was necessary to make a refresher to the current look of the offices generating new spaces for new needs. The project came up with small modifications, that turned from one project into a several projects, same time, same cost.

The challenge was to achieve the project in record time but also with the operation that was still working there.  

Solution

We managed to deliver in record time and without affecting the work of the people who entered the office.

The result was so good that the client requested to have the same team in the process for the new offices in Quito – Ecuador. Now we are managing this project!

Also, Coca Cola is now a LATAM client where feels very safe to work with CBRE.
